Please be informed that our on-site Annual Physical Examination is scheduled on March 3, 4, & 5, 2008, 7:30a.m.-5:00p.m., simultaneous in all campuses.

Main Campus 2nd Floor LGB (near HRMO) Stanford Laboratory
Talamban Campus TC Admin Conference Room Stanford Laboratory
South Campus (3 & 4 only) Campus Clinic Reactive Laboratory
North Campus (3 & 4 only) Multi-Purpose Hall-Grade School Alpha Diagnostic

***Fasting is necessary for Cholesterol and Fasting Blood Sugar Screening, which means no intake of solid or liquid from 12:00 midnight to 7:00a.m. or until the procedure is done.

Those who will not be able to have their APE on the above dates will be accommodated at Kainos Medical Clinic between March 6 to May 3, 2008 only. May we remind you that the APE is required for our annual clearance.
