ReplyDeleteI am already a graduate of Philosophy.
I went to the registrar's office last August 2016 to request for my transcript of records (I needed it so that I can enroll for further studies in another university).
After 12 days, my request has been granted.I submitted the papers that the USC registrar gave me but then told me that some files are to be sent by the USC registrar to UB registrar (school to school transaction).
Now that I have finished my course in UB, I needed my T.O.R. from UB ( so that I can file to PRC before the due date on January 20, 2017) and yet they said they will not release my T.O.R. if they will not receive my credentials from USC Registrar.
I did not expect this to happen since the USC registrar told me that I have done my part and that the transferring of credentials is to be taken cared of by the school( since it was "school to school" process.
I humbly ask you to help me in this regard. Thank you! MOre power!

ReplyDeleteThe e-mail address recordsection@usc.edu.ph is not working anymore. I used it today to request for my TOR and got a mailer-daemon reply. I used another e-mail address given to me by a friend: registrar@usc.edu.ph. It got through. I am waiting for a response now. Hopefully, I will get copies of my TOR this way.
