USC Application for Graduation Schedule

USC: LAST SCHEDULE OF APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION ON MARCH 2010

Students who were not able to apply for graduation during the first schedule are advised to apply starting Monday, February 8, 2010 until Saturday, February 13, 2010.

Application forms are available at your respective Academic Credit Evaluators. Please submit the following documents:

a. Deficiency Slip
b. Validated Admission Slip ( student's study load), 2nd sem 2009-2010
c. Final Grades Print-out: 1st sem 2009-2010
d. Other required documents stated in your deficiency slip

APPLICATION FOR EVALUATION OF STUDENTS EXPECTED TO GRADUATE IN MAY 2010 & OCT 2010

The Evaluation Section of the Office of the Registrar accepts applications for evaluation of students who are expected to graduate in May 2010 and October 2010 on January 11-16, 2010 and January 19-23, 2010.

Application forms are available at the Evaluation Section, Office of the Registrar, upon presentation of Admission Slip (student's study load) for the 2nd semester 2009-2010.

Please be guided accordingly.

Application for Graduation Schedule

November 23-28, 2009 and December 1-5, 2009 are the schedules of accepting application for graduation in March 2010.

Please submit the following requirements to your respective Academic Credit Evaluator:

a. Deficiency Form
b. Validated Admission Slip (student's study load), 2nd semester 2009-2010
c. Final Grades Print-Out, 1st semester 2009-2010
d. Other required documents stated in your deficiency form.
