USC Enrollment Schedule First Semester 2013-2014
Here is the complete USC Enrollment Schedule for the First Semester AY 2013-2014.
REMINDERS:
1. JUNE 10, 2013 is the start of classes for FIRST SEMESTER, AY 2013 - 2014.
2. Students are advised to follow their schedule to avoid delay due to possible systems slow down.
3. Previous Chair of students who will shift to another program (shiftees) will make a notation “FOR UNBLOCKING” on the Change of Curriculum Form. The staff of the registrar’s office (system support section in Talamban Campus and satellite office in the Downtown Campus ) will do the unblocking.
4. One - Stop Shop Accreditation of Servic e Courses is scheduled on May 27 and 28, 2013 at the following venues: - Downtown Campus: Wrocklage Yard - Talamban Campus : Covered Court
5. ENROLLMENT FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS WILL START ON J UNE 3 , 2013 UNTIL MORNING OF JUNE 2 2, 2013.

Online Enrollment Procedures for Continuing Engineering, CAFA, Pharmacy, Commerce and Law Students Summer Classes 2011
USC Summer Classes 2011
1. Proceed to the teller counter and pay the down payment of Php 2,000.00.
1.1. Students with privileges (e.g., academic scholars, working scholars, athletes, choristers, band waivers, etc.) shall submit the privilege forms duly endorsed by the Head for activation of accounts to the assessment clerk.
1.2. Students who paid through the USC accredited banks (BPI, RCBC Savings, ASPAC and PNB) shall wait for at least 24 hours for the payment to be reflected in the USC Tellering System.
2. Go to the website www.usc.edu.ph
3. Click on the “Online Enrollment” link.
4. Log-in using the student ID number as username. Use as password your ID number plus the year, month and day of your birth date. Do not put space in between the ID number and the birth date.
Example:
ID number: 0630112
Birth date : 11/16/1986
Username is: 0630112
Password is : 063011219861116 (default password)
Be sure to change your password once logged in to the system by clicking on the “Change Password” link. It is the responsibility of the student to change the password immediately so that unauthorized access will be prevented.

* To enroll the subject, click the specific subject from the list of advised subjects. Once clicked, the schedule of the subject will appear. Click on the desired schedule. After choosing the desired schedule, the subject will appear in “Enrolled Subjects List”.
* Click on the “Print Schedules” option to print the study load/admission slip or proceed to the admission printing station located at the following:
o Second floor of the Bunzel Building
o Lobby of the USC – Main Building
* To delete a subject, choose the specific subject from the “Enrolled Subjects List”. A delete confirmation button will appear. Click on “OK” to delete the subject.
* After deleting the subject from the “Enrolled Subjects List”, it has to be deleted from the “Advised Subjects List”. Click on the subject from the “Advised Subjects List”. A delete confirmation button will appear. Click on the “OK” button to confirm the deletion.
NOTE:
Your log-in account shall be enabled only after paying the down payment and all other balance dues from the previous semesters.

USC PARENTS PORTAL Launched
The University of San Carlos has launched a new web facility called the PARENTS' PORTAL which allows parents to view the enrolled subjects, grades, class schedule, assessment and other personal information of their child/children online. To access the portal, simply follow the steps indicated below:
* Fill out the registration form. Send the filled-out registration form together with the scanned copy of your identification card with photo and signature to parentsportal@usc.edu.ph. All entries in the registration form must be filled in.
* A confirmation email containing your log-in name and default password will be automatically sent to the email address that you provided in the registration form.
* Go to the “Online Enrollment” link and click on the “PARENTS' PORTAL” link.
* Log-in to the portal using the provided log-in name and password. The default password maybe changed once you are logged-in to the portal by clicking on the “Change Password” link.
* To view the specific information of your child/children, go to the “Home” link and click on the ID number of your child. Choose the different tabs to view the subject schedule, grades, assessment and other personal info. Information per semester can be viewed by providing the specific semester and school year in the space provided.

temporary ID (present admission slip).
Step 7: Proceed to the Office of Student Affairs for ID
picture-taking and printing of permanent school ID.
Step 8: Proceed to the Guidance Office for interview.
(Bring Student Manual and 1 pc. 2x2 picture)
Step 9: Proceed to School Clinic for physical and

Saturdays - 8:30 a.m
Requirements for ENTRANCE TESTING:
- 3 copies of 2 x 2 ID pictures (colored with white background)
- Testing fee that ranges from P250.00 to P300.00
Please visit the Admissions Office first for processing of your application before proceeding to the TESTING CENTER.
