Faigao Memorial Writers’ Workshop 25th Anniversary

The Cornelio Faigao Memorial Writers Workshop has been supporting and promoting Bisayan literature and writers since 1984. On it’s 25th anniversary, the organizers are inviting all Faigao Fellows to attend the reunion this December 19, 2009.
Registration Fee: Php 500.00 (inclusive of meals and an e-book, “Brown Child: The Best of Faigao”)
Tentative Program and Schedule:
2:00PM – Assembly @ USC-Main Campus Quadrangle

3:00PM – Brief Lecture on Intellectual Property Rights
(with open forum)
4:30PM – Faigao Through the Years (poetry reading)
6:30PM – Dinner
7:30PM – Tribute to Faigao Fellows who have passed on
(poetry reading and performances)
10:00PM – Closing
