USC-TC constructs retention ponds

Taga Talamban, are you not happy with this news? The University of San Carlos has finally started constructing three retention ponds at its Talamban Campus to help prevent further flooding in Talamban.

For those who had experienced being trapped inside the TC campus during rainy days could attest to the hassle this massive flooding in front of the gates is giving to students and faculty.

The cost of the retention ponds is estimated to be P7 million and located at the upstream areas of the campus.
