USC law professor off to Stockholm, Sweden

Law professor pursues exchange program at Stockholm, Sweden

Judge Marilyn Lagura-Yap, law alumna, presiding judge of Regional Trial Court of Mandaue City, and law professor of the College of Law leaves for Stockholm, Sweden as exchange professor under the school’s Staff Exchange Program with the Department of Law, Stockholm University, Sweden.

Judge Yap will stay in Sweden for 21 days and will hold lecture amongst students and faculty of law on the topic Anti-Trafficking in Persons Laws in the Philippines.

The College of Law is the only one in the country with staff and student exchange program with Department of Law of Stockholm University.
