L: O God, eternal truth
A: We believe in you.
L: O God, our strength and salvation,
A: We trust in you.
L: O God, infinite goodness,
A: We love with all our heart.
L: You sent the Word into the world as our Savior,
A: Make us all one in Him.
L: Fill us with the Spirit of Christ,
A: That we may proclaim your name everywhere.
L: Incarnate Word of God,
A: Give us life by Your Spirit.
L: Most pure mother of the Lord,
A: Bring all people to Your Son.
L: Holy Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael,
A: Promote the Kingdom of God on Earth.
L: Saints Joseph, Joachim, and Anne,
A: Pray God for more ministers of the Gospel
L: Saints Peter and Paul, John and Andrew
A: Help the heralds of the faith.
L: Saints Gregory, Augustine, Vincent, and Lorenzo, and Blessed Pedro Calungsod,
A: Pray for all the members of the Church of every state and rank.
L: Saint Arnold, Josef and Blessed Maria Helena, and the four SVD martyrs,
A: Help us in our endeavors.
L: May the darkness of sin and the night of unbelief vanish before the light of the Word and the Spirit of grace.
A: And may the heart of Jesus live in the hearts of all.

Prayer to St. Arnold
Loving God, you called Arnold to follow your Son, the Divine Word, in proclaiming the Gospel to all peoples. Burning with love for him and filled with his Spirit, he dedicated himself totally to the spreading of your Kingdom of peace and love.

Therefore, with confidence we pray:

St. Arnold, implore for us a burning love for Christ and a dedication to the missionary calling of the Church.

Guide us to build families and communities where justice, compassion and equality are lived.

Help us to stretch our hearts to embrace all peoples of our one world.

May the Light of the Word and the Spirit of Grace transform our world and free our hearts so that we become fully alive with Jesus’ Spirit.
